Who processes the data
The data controller is Marketing And Advertising Solution Sp. z o. o., NIP 5252924031, registered at Hoża 86 / 410, 00-682 Warszawa, Polska. This company settles payments and signs contracts for Wisła Work Hub.

What we collect
Through the request form: your name, e-mail, optionally a phone number, a preferred start date, a headcount and a note. Plus the plan and district you picked.
We collect nothing behind your back — everything that reaches us is what you typed into the form.
Why we process it
To answer your request, arrange your first visit, send you the address of the location you chose and issue an invoice. We do not use this data for anything else.
We do not send marketing mail and we do not pass your contact details to third parties for marketing.
Legal basis
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. For correspondence that does not lead to a contract, Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering you.
How long we keep it
Request data is kept for 12 months. Records connected to issued invoices are kept for as long as Polish tax law requires.
Who we share it with
Nobody, apart from the providers without which the site and the mailbox would not run: hosting and e-mail. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict processing, object to it, and receive it in a portable form. Write to info@maasolution.co.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Warsaw.

We use no advertising or analytics cookies. Your chosen page language is stored in your browser’s localStorage — a technical need of the site itself; nothing is sent anywhere.
